Expert Concrete Repair and Maintenance in Park City

Concrete repair and maintenance from Art Of Concrete helps Park City homeowners and businesses extend the life of existing driveways, patios, walkways, and structural slabs. Park City's high-elevation mountain climate is hard on concrete — repeated freeze-thaw cycles widen cracks, lift slabs, and break down surface finishes over time. We assess the condition of your concrete, identify the root cause of damage, and recommend the right repair approach. Services include crack filling, joint resealing, surface grinding, slab lifting, and full section replacement when damage is too extensive to patch. We also apply protective sealers to slow future deterioration. Catching problems early is almost always less expensive than waiting until a full replacement is needed. Call Art Of Concrete to schedule a concrete assessment for your Park City property.

Concrete Repair and Maintenance FAQ

Common questions about concrete repair and maintenance in Park City.

Yes, we repair cracked driveways, patios, and walkways throughout the Park City area. We assess the crack type and cause before recommending the right repair method.

Park City's high-elevation freeze-thaw cycles expand and contract the soil beneath concrete repeatedly. This movement widens cracks over time, especially in slabs without proper control joints or base preparation.

Yes, we offer slab lifting for settled or sunken concrete in the Park City area. This corrects uneven surfaces and trip hazards without the cost of full replacement.

It depends on the extent and type of damage. We assess your Park City driveway on-site and give you an honest recommendation on whether repair or replacement makes more sense for your situation.

We generally recommend resealing concrete every two to three years in Park City's mountain climate. High UV exposure and freeze-thaw cycles break down sealers faster than in milder climates.

Larry and his team were amazing to work with. Very communicative and even started sooner than we expected which was awesome because I have a wedding coming up and I needed the RV pad done before that.

I couldn’t be happier with the work from this concrete company. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and clearly take pride in what they do. The quality of the work is outstanding—everything was done with precision and attention to detail, and the finished product looks amazing. They showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and kept the job site clean and organized. It’s rare to find a crew that delivers exactly what they promise, but these guys exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for top-notch concrete work done right the first time, I highly recommend them!

Larry & crew were professional hard working and completed the driveway, sidewalk and porch job ahead of time. New concrete driveway, sidewalk and porch all look great! B & A Pics!

I needed an emergency driveway replacement due to an HOA compliance complaint that was blocking the closing of my property!! Larry came to the rescue! I called him on Monday, he showed up that afternoon and gave me the estimate. Larry and his crew started the work the very next day on Tuesday and completed it on Wednesday. Larry and his crew are very professional, they know what they are doing and they got the work done fast. I'm incredibly grateful!

I was fortunate enough that when I needed a driveway, RV pad, and new front steps, that my neighbor had just had their driveway done earlier in the year by someone that they would recommend. That someone was Larry (Art of Concrete). Getting contractors that are available and timely can be laughably hard. In my case, Larry came out to quote me in a day, committed to a really good price for the work, scheduled the work quickly (within 3 days) and then showed up on time to get the job done. Larry's crew was good to work with, they were responsive and did quality work. Larry himself is a really good guy, who helped us along the way when we had change orders or couldn't figure out exactly what we wanted to do (i.e. we ended up having him pour a really cool plantar box). In all we had an RV pad poured, a retaining wall next to RV pad, a new driveway, front steps and stoop, and new sidewalk sections. This was all for a raised ranch up in the benches which had a fairly steep grade for the driveway. Larry did right by us for a fair price. I would strongly recommend Art of Concrete, they finished the job right and communicated well the whole way.
