We coat floors in warehouses, auto shops, retail spaces, manufacturing facilities, and light-industrial buildings across Tooele County. If your space has a concrete slab, we can assess it.

Yes, Tooele County's cold winters and temperature swings can stress unprotected concrete slabs. We select coating systems designed to flex and bond through those conditions so the surface stays intact.

We inspect the slab during a site visit and identify cracks, spalling, or adhesion failures before recommending a path forward. Some floors need surface prep and a full recoat, while others need spot repairs first.

Yes, we offer slip-resistant texture options as part of our commercial floor coating systems. This is a common request for loading docks, shop floors, and high-traffic walkways in Tooele County facilities.

We grind and clean the concrete slab to remove contaminants and open the surface for proper adhesion before any coating is applied. Correct prep is what makes the coating bond and last under heavy commercial use.

Larry and his team were amazing to work with. Very communicative and even started sooner than we expected which was awesome because I have a wedding coming up and I needed the RV pad done before that.

I couldn’t be happier with the work from this concrete company. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and clearly take pride in what they do. The quality of the work is outstanding—everything was done with precision and attention to detail, and the finished product looks amazing. They showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and kept the job site clean and organized. It’s rare to find a crew that delivers exactly what they promise, but these guys exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for top-notch concrete work done right the first time, I highly recommend them!

Larry & crew were professional hard working and completed the driveway, sidewalk and porch job ahead of time. New concrete driveway, sidewalk and porch all look great! B & A Pics!

I needed an emergency driveway replacement due to an HOA compliance complaint that was blocking the closing of my property!! Larry came to the rescue! I called him on Monday, he showed up that afternoon and gave me the estimate. Larry and his crew started the work the very next day on Tuesday and completed it on Wednesday. Larry and his crew are very professional, they know what they are doing and they got the work done fast. I'm incredibly grateful!

I was fortunate enough that when I needed a driveway, RV pad, and new front steps, that my neighbor had just had their driveway done earlier in the year by someone that they would recommend. That someone was Larry (Art of Concrete). Getting contractors that are available and timely can be laughably hard. In my case, Larry came out to quote me in a day, committed to a really good price for the work, scheduled the work quickly (within 3 days) and then showed up on time to get the job done. Larry's crew was good to work with, they were responsive and did quality work. Larry himself is a really good guy, who helped us along the way when we had change orders or couldn't figure out exactly what we wanted to do (i.e. we ended up having him pour a really cool plantar box). In all we had an RV pad poured, a retaining wall next to RV pad, a new driveway, front steps and stoop, and new sidewalk sections. This was all for a raised ranch up in the benches which had a fairly steep grade for the driveway. Larry did right by us for a fair price. I would strongly recommend Art of Concrete, they finished the job right and communicated well the whole way.
